Art Explorations for Homeschooled Students
Fall 2024 TErm classes begin on Wednesday, September 11th
The Freeport Art Museum offers engaging art programs for youth in home schools on Friday mornings and afternoons in the museum galleries. These studio classes provide exposure to a variety of art-making media and techniques, explore art as a means of personal expression, increase awareness of how art reflects the cultures of the world through visits to the museum galleries, and relate art to other academic pursuits such as math and science.
Please complete your enrollment by Thursday, September 5th.
Classes will have a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 students.
$10 off for multiple children
Wednesday Morning Art Explorations for ages 13 and older
6 sessions: 9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/30, 11/13, 12/4
10:00 am to 12:00 pm
$75/non-member, $67.50/members
